BRI 651/201 Shoulder Pad Fusing Machine is part of the Premium range due to several special options and functions. One of the important options is the fast and flexible change of the press bucks, depending on the model, size or trends of the current fashion.

The press has a very powerful 230 V motor that has a production capacity of approximately 85 pieces per hour.

This machine has 4 head bucks and 2 lower bucks: Two-part head bucks for overlapping pressing and preventing displacement of the garment on the machine.

Veit ironing bucks are made of the highest quality materials ensuring an even distribution of steam and vacuum power onto the entire pressing surface.

The control panel:

The press contains a control panel with a power of 400 MHZ , a user-friendly 5.7“ colour touch display, a USB port and WLAN interface that allow remote control of the machine.

This panel directly monitors the electrical components of the press and announces when an error occurs, thus the operator intervenes directly where the problem is without wasting time on diagnostics. In order to facilitate the work of the operators, the control panel keeps a history of the errors that have occurred.

The control unit has a storage capacity of 200 programs and comes with 3 factory pre-stored sample programs: soft, medium and hard.

The panel has a separate work program selection switch that allows the quick change of programs as needed. In addition, it is possible to operate two different programs at the same time, which leads to a considerable increase in productivity.

The tandem operation allows 2 different programs to be carried out at the same time.

Optional features: 

• Deposit for shoulder pads and pedal controlled holding device ( additional holding device for shoulder pad and jacket before pressing );
• Adjustable lower buck support: For a flexible and quick solution when using different shoulder pad thickness;
• Additional buck for a flexible solution for different shoulder styles;
• Buck heating unit: Additional buck set is pre-heated and can be used immediately after changing.
