This steam press is used in the textile industry to finish a wide range of materials of different sizes. Due to the DMC system (direct control of the press), which is found on all Brisay presses, the waiting time for starting the machine has been eliminated. Even in case of emergency or power outages, the machine is ready for operation in less than 1 second.

Designed to guarantee the safety of the operators the 2000 VC has a function that immediately shuts off the press in case of emergency. After activating this function, the press immediately depressurizes and remains inactive until it receives the next command.

The VC (Vertical Closing): Transfers even distribution of pressure onto the entire pressing surface and prevents displacement of the pressing good, ensures free visibility to the garment on the machine and eliminates obstruction in the loading area during positioning of the materials.

Advantages of BRI 2000 VC:

• Thanks to the positioning sensor the upper bucks can be controlled remotely, the adjustment of the distance between the bucks is done digitally during the pressing process. The purpose of these distance sensors is to avoid the appearance of markings or shine regardless of the type of fabric.
• Optionally, the press can be equipped with a lower buck with blowing function or a lower buck with steam for pre-steaming the delicate materials that need to be finished;
• The press contains a control panel with a power of 400 MHZ as a 5.7-inch color display with USB port and WLAN interface that allows remote control of the machine. This panel directly monitors the electrical components of the press and announces when an error occurs, and the operator intervenes directly where the problem is without wasting time in diagnosis. In order to facilitate the work of the operators, the control panel keeps a history of the errors that have occurred.
